High Intensity Functional Strength Training done in a small group setting. CrossFit combines weightlifting, sprinting, and gymnastics promoting proficiency in ten fitness domains: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.

In light of the unexpected for the next 5 weeks, this week is going to give you a taste of what to expect if it is your first CrossFit Open experience.  This week, we will host the Spirit of the Open as we kick off the 2018 CrossFit Open Games. Here is how it will work:

Today, Monday, is up...SURPRISE!
Tuesday will be posted by the drawing of 1 lucky 6:30pm CrossFitter from Monday.
Wednesday will be posted by the drawing of 1 lucky 9am CrossFitter from Tuesday.
Thursday will be posted by the drawing of 1 lucky 5:30pm CrossFitter from Wednesday.
Friday will be posted by the drawing of 1 lucky 5:30am CrossFitter from Thursday.
