Strength:
Clean Complex (High, Mid, Low, Floor)
3x3 at 40%, 50%, 60%
Front Squat (no racks)
3x3 at 60%, 65%, 70%

WOD:
5 Rounds of
~5 Squat Clean Thrusters (weight will be 60% of your max thruster)
~10 Box Jumps 24/20

Recovery:
1 Mile Jog or 24 Calorie Row
