1x1 at 105% NEGATIVE (You lower the weight slowly to your chest, your spotter will help you press/rerack weight)

WOD:
Tabata style (:20 work/:10 rest for 8 cycles each movement)
~Pushups
~Situps
~Box Jumps
~Double Unders
*Score is lowest round for each movement*
