~20 Yard Kettlebell Front Rack Walking Lunge 53/35's
~20 Box Jump Overs 24/20"
Partner One starts on Hang Power Snatch, Partner Two starts on them when Partner One is done, then Partner Three and Four. Follow your partners through, you cannot start the next exercise until the partner ahead of you is finished! :)
