WOD:

"Murph"
~1 Mile Run
~100 Pullups
~200 Pushups
~300 Squats
~1 Mile Run
The reps may be broken up however you wish. The runs are always first and last. If you have a weight vest, wear it.
There will only be ONE class time today at 10 am. This workout may be completed individually, with a partner or even with a team. As always, the movements may be modified as needed. Childcare will be provided, so please come out an join us!
