WOD:
At the football field...
~100 meter burpees (2 steps in between each burpee)
~200 meter lunges (no steps in between)
~800 meter run

Strength:
High Hang Snatch to failure, then:
Mid Hang Snatch to failure, then:
Full Snatch from floor until failure.


On Wednesdays class will be held in the aerobics room.
