WOD:
Thruster ladder.
Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes, do 2 reps.
Increase the weight on your bar each minute.
You must load your own bar. Start weights for RX are: 115/75.
If you fail to complete 2 successful thrusters within the specified minute,
begin AMRAP kettlebell swings until time expires.
Score is successful 2 rep thruster plus kb swings.
