Minute 2: 15/10 Calorie Row
Minute 3: 50 ft Overhead Walking Lunge 45/25
Minute 4: 15 Sumo Deadlift High Pull with KB 53/35
Minute 5: 20 Double Unders
Keep rotating through stations until time cap.
