Skill:
Shoulder to Overhead (out of rack) 1RM

WOD:
4 rounds of:

  • 40 pushups each
  • 20 partner burpees (do burpee at the same time, stand up and high five)
  • 100 meter partner carry and then sprint back banded together

Partners MUST be tied together with a band for pushups, burpees and sprint. May be unbanded for partner carry. If you MUST mod the partner carry, you will remain tied together and each partner will one legged hop the length of the carry and remain banded for the sprint. If you come unbanded at any point, you must both do 10 burpees.
