Skill:
One mile run FT

WOD:
Clean Ladder (starting at 65#-300#)
Snatch Ladder (starting at 55# - 225#)

Must go up in 10 lbs increments until fail. 1 bar for men 1 for women. You may have your own bar to practice but later attempts are one at a time. May use squat or power  for snatch/clean.
