  • 4 Jumping Muscle Ups
  • 8 Ground to Overhead with a Squat
  • 25 Double Unders

For this wod, you must choose a weight:
Competition = 205/135
Advanced = 185/115
Intermediate = 135/95
Novice = 95/65
You can get the weight overhead any way you choose, however you must include a full depth squat somewhere in your movement.
