Monday, August 19, 2013 | "Medball Hell"

Today's workout is a themed workout! To celebrate the upcoming arrival of Pricilla and Spencer's baby, we will be dressing up in all our KID finery (think Toddlers and Tiaras, Babies, PreSchool) and rocking this wod! Due to the advice of her physician, Pricilla has been advised to not try and set any new PR's in her last few weeks, so today we will do this workout for her! Feel free to bring in a note or card of encouragement, diapers, wipes, or anything else as we celebrate the upcoming arrival of our next Crossfit baby!

  • 100 Medball Cleans
  • 1 Mile Medball Carry
  • 75 Explosive Situps
  • 800m Medball Carry
  • 50 Overhead Walking Lunges
  • 525m Medball Carry
  • 25 Wallball
  • 400m Medball Carry
  • 15 Ball slams
  • 250m Medball Carry
  • 5 Medball Burpees
