Tuesday, while riding her motorcycle to class, Terri was struck by another vehicle. The bone in her lower left leg was crushed. She underwent surgery and is facing another on Tuesday. Our thoughts and prayers are certainly with her right now. Today's workout will be in honor of her and will feature one of her favorite moves in Crossfit, which she misses already. Let's all show up ready to give 100% for her! Also, if you would like to drop off a card, call, or visit her, she is in Room 500 at Charleston Memorial. Also, if you would like to drop off a card at the gym, we will make sure she gets it. ‪#‎communityfirst
