WOD:
You have 30 minutes to accumulate as many points as possible. RX weights are 135/95.

  • Deadlifts = 1 point
  • Push Press = 1 point
  • Clean = 2 points
  • Front Squat = 2 points
  • Snatch = 3 points

Clean and snatch must start at the ground for each rep. Can be full clean/snatch or power clean/snatch. Have fun!
