Skill:
Pushups - try and get into the double digits linked.
Muscle Up Progressions - if you already are in double digits for pushups.

WOD:

  • Cargo Net Cross - each web you can cross equals one rep. Partner One gets as any reps as possible while Partner Two completes a 400 meter run.
  • Switch.
  • Wall Balls 20/14 - Partner One completes as many reps as possible while Partner Two completes a 200 meter run.
  • Switch.
  • Box Overs 24/20 - Partner One completes as many reps as possible while Partner Two completes a 200 meter Farmer's carry with KB in each hand 53/35.
  • Switch.

Your goal is to get as MANY reps in the shortest time possible with good form and meeting WOD standards. Have FUN!
