5 minutes to do maximum number of pullups
Two minutes rest.
5 minutes to find maximum weight on Ground to Overhead (work with a partner with similar strength).
Two minutes rest.

9 HSPU
15 Ring Dips
21 Pushups
50 DU's
3 HSPU
6 Ring Dips
15 Pushups
50 DU's
1 HSPU
3 Ring Dips
9 Pushups
50 DU's

(If you mod the HSPU's, Ring Dips or Pushups, you must increase the number of reps by 1.5).
