Clean progressions ~ High Hang, Mid Hang, Low Hang

WOD:
100 Double Unders and then 5 rounds of:

  • 10 Power Cleans 145/100
  • 10 Ring Dips

If you are doing the Lurong Challenge, Level 3 is as stated above.
Level 2: 100 Single Unders, 125/85 for Power Cleans and Hand Release Pushups
Level 1: 100 Single Unders, 75/55 for Power Cleans and Knee Hand Release Pushups
