WOD:
3-5-7-9-11 of ~

  • Burpees
  • Front Squat (L3 and L2 95/65; L1 45/35)
  • Push Press

After each set you must complete a 100 meter Farmer's Carry (L3 and L2 53/35; L1 35/25) in 10 meter increments.
After all SETS are complete you must also do The Finisher:
L3: 13 Burpee Muscle Ups
L2: 13 Burpee Pullups
L1: 13 Burpees Over Bar
