2 minute chin over the bar hold. When you drop off, log your time on the board.
2 minute plate hold. Men hold 2 15# plates. Women hold two 10# plates. Log your time on the board.

400 meter run before clock starts...then:

   9 Ring Rows
   12 KB swings
   15 Box Jumps
   18 Walking Lunges 135/95
   21 Flutterkicks
