Skill:
3X5 Weighted pull ups (Should be able to do 10 dead hang pull ups)
If not work on consecutive dead hangs
If unable to dead hang then assisted dead hang pull ups with the least amount of resistive band
then... max rep pull ups

WOD:
12 Minute AMRAP of:
~10 overhead lunges with plate (35/25)
~5 push press (105/85)
