Skill:

Review muscle up progressions or mods
Mods in step wise progression:
     banded muscle ups if you cant do MU but can do unassisted chest to bar and ring dips
     chest to bar pull up
     pull up unassisted
     pull ups assisted
     ring rows

WOD:
EMOM for 20 min:
~Muscle ups

*Goal is to work for the total 20 minutes
After you fail at wherever you are in the above sequence back down one to complete the next round
