Skill:

1RM Deadlift
*Have fun but no more than 3-4 attempts at heavy weights.

WOD #1:
1 set Max Effort Ring Dips. However if you can do Muscle Ups, do those instead.

WOD #2:
400 meter Sprint AS FAST AS POSSIBLE!

WOD #3:
Max Effort Unbroken Wall Balls 20/14
If you reach 150, stop and note your time.

Record scores for all three WOD's on whiteboard.
