Skill:

For 3 minutes, on the top of each minute (EMOM) complete:
~5 Squat Snatch @55% 1RM
Rest one minute, then repeat 3 minute cycle with 65% of 1RM.
Rest one minute, then repeat 3 minute cycle with 75% of 1RM.

Partner WOD:
6 rounds of:
~Partner One runs 400 meters while Partner Two does as many wall balls as possible.
Then switch places to begin next round.
Each partner will run 3 times and do wall balls three times.
Score is both time and completed wall ball shots.
