1. From 0:00 to 5:00:
As many Push Press reps as possible 75/55
Then record reps, change weight and rest until 7:00.

2. From 7:00 to 12:00:
As many Power Cleans as possible 135/95
Then record reps, change weight and rest until 14:00.

3. From 14:00 to 20:00:
As many Deadlifts as possible 275/185
Record reps.

Add total reps for score.
