WOD 2:
15 Minute Time Cap

200m run with Med Ball 20/14
50 KBS 53/35
200m run with Med Ball
50 HR Pushups
200m run with Med Ball
50 Situps
200m run with Med Ball
50 Air Squats with your ball
200 meter run to finish.

*10 burpee penalty if you drop your med ball during the runs. You must complete these before picking up your ball to run again*
