Skill:
Bench Press 6x3 at 80% 1RM

WOD:
15 Minute AMRAP of:
~10 Deadlifts 185/135
~20 Burpee Over Bar
~30 Squats w/ Ball 20/14
~200 meter run with ball/ Double Unders.

One person works. One rests. Split reps as you wish.While one partner runs, the other does as many DU's as possible. Switch places each round  (For example: if you run one round you do DUs the next).

Score is total reps accumulated.
