No Kids Fitness today! Kids feel free to come out and cheer Coach Amanda on! Lil Beasts unite!

5K athletes: You need to register/sign in by 8:30. The race begins at 9 am.
Crossfit/Bar Fight athletes: You will need to register/weigh-in between 8:30 and 9:30 am. Your events will begin at 10 am.

Helpful tips:
~Bring snacks that YOU like. It will be a long day and you will need fuel/fluids to keep you going throughout the day.

~Bring extra clothes! You never know :)

~Relax and have fun. You have all trained for this and now its time to let all that hard work pay off. Have fun and enjoy your fitness and the fact that you CAN do this.
