Review muscle ups and mu progressions

400-meter run
18 muscle-ups
400-meter run
15 muscle-ups
400-meter run
12 muscle-ups

Each time the athlete breaks a set of muscle-ups they must run a 200-meter lap.
Mod is 1 chest 2 bar pull up and one ring dip per muscle up. You must complete all pullups before starting ring dips. If you drop before the set is complete, do all ring dips, then run 200m before returning to the pullup bar
