WOD:

~12 Alternating Pistols
~18 Alternating KB snatches 53/35
~12 Burpees
*20 Minute Time Cap*

If athlete is unable to do pistols, they will do jumping air squats instead. If athlete cannot do KB swings,  they may do one arm swings. Kettlebell must touch the ground between snatch reps.
