Partner WOD:

10 Minutes to get as many double unders as possible. One partner works at a time.
*One Minute Rest*
10 Minutes to get as many Med Ball Box Squats (partners stand on either side of a box and partner will squat with med ball and toss to opposite partner who will squat with ball and repeat). RX weights on med ball are 20/14. Box height is 24/20.
*One Minute Rest*
10 Minutes to get as many Box Over Med Ball Situps (partners will place ab mats on either side of box. Do a situp with a medball and toss to partner over box).

Score is total reps accumulated.
