**Modifications for the handstand walk are: shoulder touches, shoulder touches against the wall, handstand hold for a 14 second count, handstand holds off of a box. These are in order from most advanced to least. Pick one that challenges you and maintain good form. If you are in doubt, ask you coach who will be happy to help you select the best option for you.
