WOD:

20 Minute AMRAP of:
~21 Deadlift 225/15
~10 Push Press 115/75
~10 KB Swings 53/35
~10 Box Jumps 24"/20"
~21 HSPU

Round Two the Deadlift and HSPU decrease to 15 reps, and on Round Three they decrease again to 9 reps each ("Diane"). After that, finish out the remaining rounds with the Push Press, KBS and Box Jumps ("Jack"). No weight classes today. Scale the weight movements as needed. Happy Friday!
