Monday, January 19, 2015 | "Soup Kitchen V2"


One of our Athletes Ryan Campbell AKA "Soup" is leaving January 27th for his Basic Training for the Navy. We would like to give him a proper AFC CrossFit "See You Later and Good Luck" party. The party is "WOD Waffles" on Monday January 19th during the 6:30 class.
The WOD is "Soup V2" and it is programmed so every class will get to enjoy the WOD. The 6:30 class will be having the party. We will do the WOD and enjoy some waffles, pancakes, and any other deliciousness you all want to bring. So please plan on coming and giving Soup a proper farewell and please don't forget to say thank you for his choice to serve our country and protect our freedom.
Bring some pancake and/or waffle batter and any other food or drinks to share.

~400 Meter Run
~21 Pullups
~15 C2B Pullups
~400 Meter Run
~9 Bar Muscle Ups
~400 Meter Run
~6 Ring Muscle Ups
~Max Waffles for Time :)

Just a few items of business to address:
1. Open Gym times are now from 10-11:30 on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. No exceptions to this rule. Also, please do NOT use Kid Care room when it is not staffed. Hours are posted on the door :)
2. If you are more than 5 minutes late to class, you will need to wait for the next available class or open gym to do the workout. Also, if you fail to warm up with your class, you will not be permitted to participate in the wod. If you come to th...e gym during class time, you must do the assigned workout unless you are injured or are a coach.
3. If you have a serious question or have a concern, please do NOT use a public forum or social media to address it. Please address myself or one of our coaches and we will gladly assist you. We all have the best interests of AFC at heart and personal contact is the best method of seeing those issues resolved.
