~30 Thrusters 75/55
~30 Thrusters 95/65
~30 Thrusters 115/80
~30 Thrusters 135/95
~30 Thrusters 155/105
~30 Thrusters 165/115
*If your team cannot go up in weight. Finish reps out using heaviest weight you can complete reps with. One person on the rower, one on burpees and one on thrusters. If one partner stops you must switch places.
