Warm Up:

Dynamic Warm Up

Strength:
Deadlift x2 (work up to a HEAVY but not MAX double)

Partner WOD:
20 Min AMRAP of
~30 Lateral Burpee Over Bar
~30 Toes to Bar
~30 Hang Squat Thrusters
Goal of HST is to increase your weight each round. After Round 5, complete AMRAP of thrusters at that weight as possible.
Weight is added to score.
