This is Jacinto Bonilla and this WOD was designed for him on his 69th birthday.
He is 75 now and still going strong. Crossfit really IS for everyone!


WOD:

45 min time cap.
~75 Double Unders
~75 Squats
~75 Pushups
~75 Pullups
~75 Wall Ball 20/14
~75 Kettlebell Swings 53/35
~75 Deadlift 95/65
~75 Double Unders

You should scale the reps or weight accordingly to fit the time cap.
If you have reps remaining after time is called, you will write those after 45:
(for example, if you have 10 double unders remaining you will log your score as 45:10)
