It could be snatches or power cleans,
It might burpees until you turn green.
You may need to be ready to deadlift or squat,
Be prepared to sweat, you know it'll get hot! 
Pullups and thrusters are favorites of mine,
Maybe you will get to do those as a 21-15-9.
Rowing and running give you a cardio blast,
Don't worry about your time, we cheer hardest if you are last.
Double unders and box jumps we love so much, you see,
Better bring a change of clothes, you may actually pee.
So come to the box prepared to have fun,
You will have a blast getting fit...in 3,2,1!!!
