Team WOD:
10 Min AMRAP
First teammate does thrusters while second teammate does a plank hold. Third teammate rests. Switch places as needed.

10 Minute AMRAP
First teammate does thrusters while second teammate does a squat hold. Third teammate rests. Switch places as needed.
~50 Hang Power Cleans 135/95
~50 Hang Power Cleans 155/105
~Max Hang Power Cleans 185/135

Work in teams of 3. Only one barbell per team (unless you are a male/female team or rx/scaled). Finish reps at the first weight before moving on to the second. When you reach the third weight, do as many reps as possible before time is called.
