Mobility. Then,
EMOM 5
3 reps Snatch Balance
Start with empty bar.
You may gradually add some weight if you wish.
Do not exceed 75% 1RM.

Strength:
10 Min to work up to a heavy snatch
(If you are just starting, you will be working on Overhead Squat)

WOD:

5 rounds of:
~400 meter run
~15 Overhead Squat 95/65
25 Minute Time Cap.
