WOD:
20 Minute Time Cap
~10 Hang Squat Snatch at 60% 1rm
*2 Minutes Rest*
~8 Squat Snatch at 60% 1rm
*1 Minute Rest*
~5 Squat Snatch at 60% 1rm
~4 Squat Snatch at 70% 1rm
~3 Squat Snatch at 80% 1rm
Then, as many singles as you can until time is called.
Score is total reps. Try to keep rep sets touch and go as frequently as possible. Rests are mandatory.
