:30 seconds AMRAP Strict Press at 55%1RM

WOD:
In as few sets as possible,
~60 Strict Pullups
~80 HR Pushups

When you come off the bar from pullups, go directly into pushups. If you are resting more than 2-3 seconds on pushups, your set is done and you return back to pullups. Repeat until you have completed the work or time is called. Count your sets, this is your score. 12 Minute Time cap.
