In teams of 3,
~300 Double Unders
~150 Wall Ball 20/14
~150 Situps
Start with DU's and Wall Balls. Two people must be working at a time.
When either WB or DU's are finished, you can move to the situps.
You get ONE mulligan on the DU's but every time you break on those, you must ALL run 200 meters before continuing.
