Time to crush a weakness! You are in control today.
Here are a few suggestions to help you pick an area that needs work and make it stronger!

Pick a Lift:
(Deadlift, Snatch, OHS, Front Squat, Press...etc)
Do sets of 5-4-3-2-1-1-1

Pick a gymnastic movement:
(Pullups, Ring Dips, TTB, K2E, HSPU)
Do sets of 5x10

Pick a skill:
Time to work on those pistols and double unders!! Or maybe get your first muscle up!

If all else fails, ask your coach to give you a workout based on your weakest lifts and skills. They will be happy to help!
