4x50 meter Farmer's Carry
Increase load each set

Partner WOD:

4 Rounds of:
~400 meter run with KB
~50 Kettlebell Swings
~50 Goblet Squats
~50 Hand Release Pushups
The kettlebell NEVER touches the floor during this workout. One partner works at a time. If the kb touches the floor you receive a 10 burpee penalty before picking it back up. Choose a KB weight that both you and your partner can use with good form.
