WOD 1:

10 Minute EMOM
~Power Clean + Hang Clean | Max Burpees Over Bar
Work 30 seconds, rest 30 seconds. Perform 2 cleans and then with remaining time of your working 30 seconds, perform max burpees over the bar. Cleans may be full, split or power. Record both load used and total burpees over the bar. For RX, you must jump over the bar during burpees.

WOD 2:
3 Rounds for time
~25 Pushups
~50 Situps
~75 Double Unders
Record time.
