In teams of three...1) One Mile Run
2) 100 Double Unders
3) 1000 meter Row
Each teammate completes a different movement. When all 3 teammates are finished, rotate until each teammate has successfully completed all 3 stations. You may NOT move to the next station until all your teammates are finished with their current one :)
